Established in the 1950s, Maroochy Floor Sanding has built a strong reputation for quality and dependability. Rod works on both residential and commercial projects, regardless of their size or scope.

In 1987, Rod purchased the business from a lifelong friend, becoming the fifth—and longest-serving—owner. He is committed to delivering the highest standard of workmanship, treating every job with care and pride. Rod doesn’t believe in shortcuts—each project receives the time and attention to detail it deserves.

With over 4,000 completed jobs across the Sunshine Coast, Rod takes pride in offering top-quality service in the region he has called home his entire life. Whether it’s a floor, deck, or stairs, clients can count on a result that’s both beautiful and long-lasting. He services all areas of the Sunshine Coast with a range of timber flooring solutions tailored to suit individual needs.
